These Terms of Use apply to Last Call: 911 Dispatch, a fictional emergency dispatch simulation game published by DarkLag Software.
By downloading, installing, or using the game, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the game.
Game Description
Last Call: 911 Dispatch is a fictional simulation game where players act as an emergency dispatch operator and make decisions based on fictional call scenarios.
The game is designed for entertainment purposes only. It does not provide real emergency assistance, real medical advice, real law enforcement guidance, or real emergency service functionality.
Emergency Disclaimer
Last Call: 911 Dispatch is not connected to any real emergency service, public safety agency, police department, fire department, ambulance service, hospital, or government institution.
The game does not contact real emergency services and must not be used during a real emergency.
If you are experiencing a real emergency, immediately contact the official emergency number or emergency service available in your country or region.
Fictional Content
All characters, names, locations, cases, calls, events, and scenarios in the game are fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, organizations, locations, or events is coincidental.
The game may include fictional emergency situations, stressful calls, risk assessment themes, and decision-making scenarios. These elements are created only for gameplay and storytelling purposes.
Advertisements
The game may display standard advertisements during suitable moments, such as natural break points, rest moments, or transitions.
Advertisements help support the free gameplay experience. The game does not currently include rewarded advertisements, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
No In-App Purchases
Last Call: 911 Dispatch does not currently include in-app purchases, paid upgrades, subscriptions, or paid digital items.
If paid features are added in a future version, they will be processed through the official Apple App Store infrastructure and disclosed appropriately.
User Responsibilities
When using the game, you agree that you will not:
- Use the game for any illegal or harmful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, copy, or redistribute the game without permission
- Use the game to impersonate emergency services or public safety authorities
- Misrepresent fictional game content as real emergency guidance
- Interfere with the security, performance, or operation of the game
Intellectual Property
Last Call: 911 Dispatch, including its design, interface, graphics, text, gameplay systems, branding, and related content, is owned by DarkLag Software or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit any part of the game without prior written permission from DarkLag Software.
Limitation of Liability
The game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. DarkLag Software does not guarantee that the game will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on all devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DarkLag Software shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the game.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any updated version will become effective when published on this page.
Continued use of the game after changes are published means that you accept the updated terms.
